Are you looking for a way to increase the security of your ships and stay in control of the visits of suppliers, technicians and family members?
Royal Dirkzwager´s ISPS service offers what you need. A fully controlled and integrated web based service for handling the pre-arrival notifications of visitors.
The ISPS Code (International Ship and Port facility Security Code) is a set of measures to enhance the security of ships and port facilities and is an amendment to the SOLAS Convention (Safety Of Life At Sea).
Royal Dirkzwager´s ISPS solution accommodates and manages the information flow between the relevant companies through a web based interface. Visitors can create their announcements, agencies can either approve or reject these announcements and terminals have a real-time overview of approved visits to vessels at their terminal.
ISPS regulates the requests for visits of vessels in the Port of Rotterdam. Whoever wants to visit a vessel makes an announcement, the agent can either accept or reject this request. When the request is accepted, the terminals where the vessel is calling receives the list of approved announcements via an online web application, or by e-mail.

Reducing risks of i.e. incorrect addressed requests.
Offering a real-time overview of approved and rejected visits.
