In 1988, five companies in ship reporting joined forces in an association named International Ship Reporters Association (ISRA). These companies have all taken up strategic positions at the gateways of significant North European seaports, including Antwerp, Bremen, Hamburg, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
The five business partners are:
