Royal Dirkzwager offers you a Internet based Mail System for communicating with vessels at sea and relevant parties ashore. This system can be installed at every workplace in the office and even at home.
The system includes 24 hours a day support and message monitoring by our experienced operators. Message monitoring also includes a notice of delivery of all messages for all kinds of communication solutions, except email. This confirmation ensures you that all messages have been taken care of properly and in the correct manner.
All incoming or outgoing messages will be converted to and relayed via any requested medium, this includes automatic telex to email and email to telex conversion. Royal Dirkzwager has the following means of communication at her disposal:
- Inmarsat A/B/C and Fleet
- Telex
- Fax
Furthermore, Royal Dirkzwager has made agreements with all main communication service providers, like BTS, Xantic, Inmarsat and Globe Wireless. In case a message is to be sent through Globe Wireless, it is even possible to send attachments. Our agreements ensure you that we can meet all your wishes and demands.
The invoicing is fully custom-made and there are no cost involved in installing soft- or hardware. Within one day we are able to make this service operational.
