Rotterdam Port Dispatch Platform (RPDP)

• An initiative of the Rotterdam Port Authority, Royal Dirkzwager and the Pilots Association Rotterdam-Rijnmond that is aimed at achieving dispatch efficiency for ocean-going vessels in the port of Rotterdam.
• The outcome of the individual planning by the participants(pilots, tugboat services, terminals and the Port Authority) will be monitored by Royal Dirkzwager on a central platform and where necessary discrepancies will be signalled to the various service suppliers.
• This initiative will be supported continuous improvement in the field of ETA en ETD reliability, based on constant monitoring of both traditional and electronic information sources.
